Hello hope you are well this week. Well did you go anywhere yesterday for food or a drink? By all accounts the bars in Leeds were very busy.
We had a really good first day back thanks to our teams who worked so hard to ensure all procedures in place were followed & to our Amazing clients that visited with us yesterday who were truly lovely with your positive feedback.
I feel like we have lost some of the experience within the salon & this is troubling me a lot. Initially I’m concerned we all follow the procedures we have had to implement & that they become routine for our teams, but I do worry that we are not providing the experience you are used to or deserve, it feels strange to not be able to offer you magazines or beverages when really all I want to do is hug you & share a glass of bubbly with you, to thank you for being there, for booking that appointment, for coming back to us, for the support you have shown throughout the last weeks. Will those days ever return!
So this week we have contacted clients from our wait list & now all bookings are open as normal for you to contact the salon directly. We sincerely apologise to all of you that we have not been able to accommodate as soon as you would like but we are having to work with less seats in salon to observe social distancing. Alison & I also contacted clients that were due in on Saturday 4th as we are now required to ask a health question regarding contact with Covid-19 before you enter our salons, we apologise for this but it is part of the guidelines regarding being able to trace anyone who then does become ill.
As from yesterday (4th July) our software company have developed a way for us to pre send these consultation forms to you via SMS, this may become via email as we move forward also. I ask please complete the forms as you receive them, which will be three days prior to your visit, it will show on our system once the SMS has been sent & when we receive it back completed from you so we can then review your answers & contact you directly should we have any questions. For those of you with appointments booked in on 7th & 8th July you will receive the SMS tomorrow. Please rest assured only myself, Alison, Leanne & your individual stylist will check these forms & your information is never shared with anyone else outside of our salons, we take your confidentiality seriously & are GDPR compliant. We will need to contact you should the consultation forms not be completed as these are now necessary prior to your visit to our salon, we apologise but failure to complete them could mean having to reschedule your appointment.
This SMS is in addition to your regular email confirmation or text reminder for your appointments that you already receive if you are signed up on our system for that service. If you are not & would like to be please let us know when you are in salon or email us at info@ph7hairworksandbeauty.co.uk to give permission for us to action those features for you. Thank you to my friend Karen (you know who you are Mrs F!) for being my guinea pig with the new feature today.
Some of you may also receive multiple forms to complete if you are in for a patch test service also. Again we ask you complete all consultation forms sent, thank you. Should you have any questions regarding this please do get in touch.
