Hello how are you this week, well I hope.
We in the salon are sooooo excited, all of you that have been into salon this week have been so absolutely wonderful & supportive, literally showering us with chocolates & biscuits, your generosity & kindness is greatly appreciated thank you. As if I wasn’t big enough already!!! I have no willpower!!
Even more excitement our therapists can return to salon to offer treatments from next week too. This is such good news but at this time we have also made the decision to not book any treatments in until week beginning 20th July. The reason for this is honestly we were given four days notice for them to return & though we feel we already have a lot of the health & safety in place I really just want the weekend to read & re read the guidelines a number of times to ensure we have everything covered 100%. Also with schools not being fully open & all of our therapists having children we need to consider their personal arrangements. But that means should you wish to book you may do so from 21st July onwards & we really, really look forward to seeing you. From my brief overview of the guidelines we will be unable to offer any facial services at this time, that then includes;
brow shape
lash/brow tint
electrolysis
lip/chin wax
facials
LLV lashes
As & when this changes we will obviously commence with those treatments again.
Well how many cushions could we have stuffed this week with all the hair that has been cut off, quite literally I have grown an inch standing on some of the mounds, I envy all those of you with thick hair as mine is super fine, but you must have all been so warm in the weather we’ve been having. For those clients I have seen this week where I cannot help but get upset I apologise, you’ve all been so kind & I am so ridiculous but seeing some of you that I have known for so many years or those of you that I have recently been fortunate enough to communicate with via email or chatting to through the lockdown I have found it all very emotional. It’s also a bit of a struggle as I am a huggy person so now seeing people & actually not being able to hug someone or simply touch their arm is more difficult than I thought it would be. But please just know I am so happy to see you & so grateful that you have chosen to come back & visit us in the salon, you have lots of choices in our area, & even more for those of you that travel quite a distance to see us, but you have returned & for that we are all truly grateful.
Just to remind you all appointments can now be booked as normal by contacting reception, we are sorry but we can only accept pre booked appointments, no walk ins – this is part of the guidelines.
